Why fundraising matters
Your donations directly help stroke survivors in a number of ways.
Support
£150 could pay for five people to receive support through our Stroke Support Helpline – giving them the information they need to begin to find strength through support.
Recovery
£750 could help fund one of our local Stroke Recovery Services. We work with stroke survivors to understand what's important to them, offering tailored support to help them achieve the best possible outcomes.
Research
£4,000 could help fund research to predict stroke risk after a transient ischaemic attack (TIA). TIA is a type of stroke whose symptoms resolve by themselves within a few hours.

Thank you for fundraising. We really appreciate your support. Below are a few different ways you can pay in money.
Online: If you have an online fundraising page, you can pay money into that and it will be sent directly to us.
Phone: Call our friendly Supporter Relations team on 0300 3300 740 to pay by credit or debit card. Please remember to mention your fundraising activity.
Bank transfer: Please email us or call 0300 3300 740 and we will provide you with the bank details and your personal reference number.
Cheque: Make it payable to ‘Stroke Association’. Please post it to us, with a note saying it’s for fundraising, to:
