I [shared my story] for awareness because I’m young. People need to know it can happen to anyone and it’s not just about the person who had the stroke but the effects on the family too.
I enjoyed the friendliness and openness to me [throughout sharing my story]...Tash and I have loved doing all the campaign stuff even though we were bricking it at the start. You made us feel so comfortable.
