What is Free Wills Month?

Every March and October, the Stroke Association partners with Free Wills Month to give you the opportunity to make or update your Will for free in selected locations across the country.

The next Free Wills Month campaign starts on 1 October 2026. In the meantime, we can still help you to write your Will for free with a trusted solicitor.

Stroke Association Free Will Scheme

The Stroke Association runs a Free Will Scheme all year around. If you’re over 60, or a stroke survivor over 18, we can help you to make a simple Will free of charge.

Leaving a gift to the Stroke Association

Keeping your Will up to date is the best way to ensure your loved ones are cared for. While there’s no obligation to leave a gift to the Stroke Association when using our Will-writing offers, we hope you’ll consider it.

After providing for your family and friends, a gift of any size will help us be a lifeline for stroke survivors – funding vital research breakthroughs and delivering specialist support to tens of thousands of stroke survivors each year.
