About this service
Our Stroke Recovery Service provides you and your family with practical support and information after a stroke. One of our Stroke Support Coordinators will work with you to identify what matters most to you so we can best support you throughout your recovery.
If you have problems speaking, reading, writing and understanding what other people say as a result of a stroke. Our Stroke Support Coordinators will support you to find new ways to communicate. You can also attend a weekly group meeting to support recovery and stay independent after a stroke.
