About this service

We understand that life after stroke can feel uncertain and overwhelming. We provide an 8 week programme for people who have had a stroke and those who support them, wherever you are on your recovery journey. It’s a space to understand what’s happened, learn what helps, and hear from others who get it.
Each week, we focus on a different part of life after stroke - from understanding what’s happened to your body and brain, to managing emotions, relationships, money, and everyday life. We talk honestly about the harder stuff, like fatigue, changes in confidence, communication and independence. And we spend time on what helps people move forward - practically and emotionally.

Who is this service for?

Life after stroke can feel uncertain. We also offer a post stroke review at a time that suits you in your recovery journey. This is a chance to have a personalised review of your stroke needs. We’re here with clear information and support to help you navigate what comes next.
